An Ancient Practice, Rediscovered

What is KLA?
KLA is a consciousness-expanding method that combines ancient spiritual concepts with modern scientific insights – without the use of drugs or active practices such as yoga, breathwork, or hypnosis. Specific areas of the brain are purposefully activated, opening access to states of consciousness that usually remain hidden in everyday life, as most of our mental processes take place unconsciously and are only partially accessible through conversation. This can initiate profound inner processes that enhance emotional processing, regulate the autonomic nervous system, and have a positive impact on mental health.

KLA works on a deep level and can have far-reaching positive effects on all areas of life.
KLA can help you with:

Who is KLA for?
KLA is aimed at anyone who wants to strengthen their mental health, seeks clarity or change, or is simply curious about new experiences. It provides support for those looking for inner stability, resilience, and emotional balance, and for those struggling with stress, overwhelm, tension, or emotional difficulties – even in connection with depression, ADHD, burnout, or anxiety disorders.

In recent years, over a thousand people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life have already been guided through KLA. The method works both preventively, helping to build resilience and prevent strain, and supportively, when acute challenges are already present. Participants have included CEOs, board members, doctors, and psychologists, as well as people experiencing long-term unemployment, of all ages.
Kundalini
The term Kundalini Activation is not protected and therefore encompasses a wide range of practices that may appear similar at first glance, yet can differ significantly in their effects due to even small variations. What looks the same from the outside can lead to very different experiences in practice.

The concept of Kundalini energy originates in Tantra and refers to one’s vital life force. It describes the idea that our connection to this energy is pure and natural from childhood. Children express their emotions freely and without restraint.
However, as we grow older and adapt to social norms, many people lose this direct connection to their inner energy. Society often teaches us to control or suppress emotions with phrases like “You have to be strong,” “That’s not appropriate,” or “Men don’t cry.”

Clear Light
The concept of Clear Light or Luminous Mind has its roots in early Buddhist texts that likely emerged more than a thousand years ago. It conveys the idea that our mind is inherently clear. Yet external influences, negative emotions, and various other factors cloud this natural clarity and distort our perception.

Beyond its Buddhist origins, light continues to symbolize consciousness, insight, knowledge, and transparency in our modern world. In psychology, for example, we often refer to “blind spots” or say that we are “in the dark.”
By integrating these ancient teachings with contemporary scientific findings, we create a process of demystification. The aim is to open space for new dialogues and to place the focus on universal ethical values rather than on dogmatic or authoritarian belief systems.

KLA, short for Kundalini Light Activation, is composed of two spiritual terms:

About Verena
Several years ago, I first came into contact with Kundalini Activation – and it felt as if an entirely new world had opened up before me. My life changed profoundly for the better, so much so that I decided to learn this method myself.

On my journey, however, I realized that not everything was as healing as it seemed. Some approaches were shaped by dogma, a lack of knowledge, or insufficient support – things that weakened rather than empowered me and many others. This experience led me to start questioning much of what I had encountered.

What at first felt like an inner conflict between knowledge and spirituality later became my greatest motivation: to bring these two worlds together. True growth does not come from blind faith, but from awareness, clarity, and the courage to take our own questions seriously.

I embarked on an intensive search – researching, studying, and opening myself to new perspectives with a critical yet open mind, willing to also face what was uncomfortable. Step by step, this process gave rise to KLA: A model that empowers and applies knowledge and experience where they are needed, enabling people to have a safe and profound experience.

With KLA, I want to close the gaps I encountered on my own path. It stands for the guidance and knowledge I wished I had received during my training and from my facilitators. It is about giving people a tool they can truly understand and use responsibly – with clarity, mindfulness, and genuine awareness of what unfolds in the process.
It is never about imposing my truth or a set of beliefs, but about creating space for one’s own truth, questions, and answers to emerge.

I’m always fascinated to see how people transform themselves and their lives for the better through the sessions. I love witnessing how KLA brings forth a community of facilitators that is free and independent and yet deeply connected. A collective where we grow together.
