Trainer
& why this training exists
I first came into contact with Kundalini activation about five years ago. Since then, I have worked with over a thousand people—in individual and group settings, with very different backgrounds and concerns. However, as my experience grew, I became increasingly aware that many of the common approaches in this field are not sufficient to accompany people safely, sustainably, and responsibly. Especially in intensive consciousness processes, it became apparent time and again that short training courses, a lack of trauma competence, hardly any integration, and little professional classification leave gaps—for participants as well as for facilitators. I also encountered these gaps in the training courses I completed myself, including KAP training and the one-year Inner Dance Intensive training course. They provided important impetus, but the foundation that I consider necessary for professional support was missing. It is precisely these unanswered questions that gave rise to my current work. I began to consistently combine my practice with insights from neuroscience, psychology, trauma work, and ethics, and to engage in interdisciplinary exchanges with doctors, psychologists, and other professionals. Step by step, this led to the development of the KLA method and ultimately the KLA Facilitator Training. Today, I not only accompany people in KLA sessions, but also train facilitators, doctors, and psychologists myself. My focus is on clarity rather than dogma, safety rather than show effects, and depth rather than quick experiences. I place particular importance on educating people about spiritual bypassing, dealing responsibly with Kundalini-related processes, and providing stable follow-up support beyond the actual training. The KLA Facilitator Training was born out of the conviction that deep transformation is possible—when knowledge, ethical attitude, and lived practice come together. It is aimed at people who don't just want to “give sessions,” but want to take responsibility: for themselves and for the people they accompany.
