What is KLA?
KLA (Kundalini Light Activation) is a modern form of consciousness work that enables deep inner processes
— without drugs, without active exercises, and without dogma.

Science meets consciousness.
Trauma-sensitive
Neurobiologically based
Ethically clear
KLA combines insights from neuroscience, psychology, and trauma research with proven principles from consciousness work.
The goal is not a spectacular experience, but rather lasting inner change that can be felt in everyday life.
What happens at KLA?
It's simple. No breathing exercises, mantras, or strenuous effort required.
During a KLA session, you lie relaxed on a mat with your eyes closed while music is played. Through a specifically maintained framework, your nervous system is stimulated to shift into a state of deep regulation and openness.
PROCESSING PROCESSES BECOME ACCESSIBLE
INNER BLOCKAGES CAN BE RELEASED
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM REBALANCES ITSELF
What emerges is individual:
Intensity does not equal transformation.
Tangible change requires a safe space.
What impact can KLA have?
KLA is not a promise of healing, but many participants report lasting changes:
Emotional stability
Significant stress reduction
Better sleep quality
Self-confidence & clarity
Sustainable pattern change
(e.g., addictive behavior)
Sustainability
The effect often unfolds gradually and sustainably—not as a one-time “wow moment.” It is an invitation to take awareness seriously.

“The goal is not a personality cult, but a clear, responsible framework.”
The origin
WHO IS BEHIND KLA
KLA was developed by Verena Sager based on her own years of experience with modern Kundalini and consciousness methods and their limitations.
After intensive training and practice in approaches such as KAP and Inner Dance, it became clear that while many formats enable powerful experiences, they often neglect knowledge, integration, and trauma-sensitive support.
Instead of ignoring these risks, KLA was created as a conscious further development—an approach that combines spiritual depth with neuroscientific, psychological, and ethical understanding.
The development takes place in continuous exchange with experts from psychology, medicine, and trauma therapy.
