No, you do not need any prior knowledge to participate in a session. Nor do you need to believe in energies or be spiritual. It is best to attend without any expectations.

KLA sessions are accompanied by music, whereas KLA Deeper sessions use specifically composed frequencies that do not resemble traditional music. These special frequencies, however, allow for an even deeper immersion into one's consciousness, leading to experiences on a particularly profound level—reaching states of awareness that experienced meditators often attain only after many hours or years of practice.
Nevertheless, both formats are perceived differently, and any experience can occur in both a KLA and a KLA Deeper session.

Each session can be completely individual and experienced differently. Some people have visions, others feel their body move. Some experience one of the deepest states of consciousness beyond space and time and feel an infinite sense of joy and peace. Emotions may also be released, ranging from laughter to crying to screaming. Additionally, some people may feel the energy flowing through their bodies. And of course, it is possible that the body does not respond to any of these phenomena. Whatever happens, you will remain fully conscious throughout the session, allowing everything to proceed at your own pace.
Regardless of what is experienced or not experienced during the session, it does not play a decisive role. What is important is what happens in your life after the session.

Merging Spirituality and Science KLA combines the depth of an ancient practice with solid knowledge from neuroscience, psychology, and trauma theory. This creates a framework that is not only more accessible but also safer. We work intentionally to avoid overstimulation, retraumatization, spiritual bypassing, compensation, and short-lived spiritual “highs” – making space for real, lasting growth to take root.
Responsibility and Quality The term “Kundalini Activation” is not protected, and some trainings last only a single day. We believe this work carries a unique responsibility. KLA represents high quality standards and, as a registered trademark, acts as a seal of qualification for our facilitators.
Comprehensive, Holistic Training Our facilitators are trained over several months, combining personal development with a scientific foundation. This ensures that sessions are safe, well-grounded, and truly supportive of the whole person.
On Equal Footing KLA is not about hierarchy or a “guru” figure. It’s about mutual empowerment – for both participants and facilitators. We believe that only those who empower themselves can grow freely. In every session, the individual is at the center – not the facilitator.

All women, men, and other genders aged 18 and above are warmly welcome to participate in the sessions. Teenagers aged 13 and above can participate if accompanied by a guardian. People with severe mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, mania, schizophrenia or delusions are not allowed to take part in the sessions without consulting a doctor. This does not include depression and anxiety disorders - these people are welcome to take part in the sessions.
Participation is not recommended for individuals prone to epilepsy. Additionally, individuals with health concerns should consult a doctor before participating. If you are unsure, it is always best to consult a doctor.
Participation from the third trimester of pregnancy onwards is also not recommended.

It is recommended to avoid eating for about 2-3 hours before the session and to refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming drugs for at least 24 hours beforehand. However, do not come to the session hungry - if in doubt, eat something light like fruit. Prescription medications should never be discontinued without consulting a doctor. Although antidepressants may reduce the effect of a session, they, as well as mild pain relievers, are not a disqualification for participation. If you are unsure, it is always best to consult a doctor.

Yes, if you suffer from depression, anxiety, or ADHD, you can participate in the sessions. Many participants report that KLA (Kundalini Light Activation) has helped them with their anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

KLA (Kundalini Light Activation) is not a substitute for medical or psychological examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It primarily serves the deepening of consciousness. Physical healing can be achieved through this method in individual cases, but it is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as the primary treatment.

In addition to group sessions, you can also book a session or even a small ceremony for yourself alone, you and your partner, or a group of friends and family. The date and location are arranged individually. The duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (private session) or 2 to 6 hours (private ceremony). Please send us your request via the contact form.

KLA is neither bound by space nor time, so online sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions. They are equally suitable for a first session as in-person sessions. How the sessions are experienced is entirely individual. Some prefer sessions in their own homes, undisturbed by others, while others enjoy lying in a group on-site. If you are unsure, simply give it a try.

Integration is a crucial part of your own process. Listen closely to yourself and your body after the session, whether you need rest or feel like dancing wildly. It is strongly recommended to drink plenty of water and, if possible, avoid meat, alcohol, smoking, and drugs for the next 24 hours. Spending time in nature or taking a bath can also be beneficial.
